So I discovered a trick to stop binging today... completely on accident. I was eating some canned tomatoes, and I was googling detox diets... and one of the detox sites had all these pictures of people's shit. It was so disgusting that I immediately stopped eating and felt like I was going to throw up.
So I'm definitely going to use that in the future.
But, yeah... I've been eating like utter CRAP for months. I'm hoping to get my weight back under control. Today I've had a boca chick'n patty (160 calories) with a slice of wheat bread (90 calories) and then some tomatoes. I'm counting them as 90 calories until I find out for sure that tomatoes are negative calories (or is that only fresh tomatoes??).
I've totally been slacking on exercise, too... I've just been so depressed that I haven't had any energy. But, joy of joys, I have discovered the usefulness of diet pills and coffee for a boost of energy. :)
